At Sweets Parlor, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. Our Shipping Policy

How We Do It

We utilize USPS flat rate shipping which gets your packages there in 2-4 days from date shipped. Treats are packaged individually inside of the clear top box and placed inside a USPS flat rate box. 


We recommend shipping your items utilizing the same 2-4 days in advance of your event to encourage on time arrival. We cannot guarantee delivery dates after we have dropped the package to USPS.


These treats do not require freezing as it will cause condensation and may compromise the design. We will ship using dry ice which will help maintain the chocolate and once received these should be stored in a cool place. Storing in the fridge is also not required but can help add to the shelf life of the cakesicles.


In the unfortunate event that your treats arrive damaged, please file a claim with USPS. We cannot guarantee delivery condition after we have dropped the package to USPS.

Returns

The Small Print

We take pride in creating fresh and tasteful desserts. In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your Sweets Parlor dessert, please let us know about the problem within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt.


We are currently unable to accept returns, refunds or exchanges for perishable items, unless an error has been made with your order.
