About our Cakesicles

What is included when I order cakesicles?

Our cakesicle fillings are all made from scratch using fine quality ingredients. Each cakesicle uses a wooden stick and is decorated with chocolate drizzle and sprinkles as our basic package.  Additional elements can be chosen when placing your order. You can also elaborate in the notes what design elements, colors and any other important information you may want to incorporate and we will be sure to provide you with a product that meets your expectations.

When will I get my order?

 

Please place orders at least 2 weeks prior to required date.  On the required date if you order is set for pickup, we will contact you and advise of the pickup window and location.  If you order is for shipping we will ship 3-4 days ahead of your event to allow for on time delivery.   We cannot guarantee delivery dates after we have dropped the package to USPS.

Can I order just one or two cakesicles?

 

No, our cakesicle orders are one (1) flavor per half-dozen.  However, you can catch us at one of our farmer's market locations where we do sell single cakesicles. Visit our Instagram page to see which market we are attending that week.

Do you offer Gluten free or Vegan?

 

Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer gluten free or vegan desserts simply because we have not found recipes that we think are as amazing as our regular cakes.  Sorry, but maybe some time in the future.

Ordering & Responses

How Can I order a Treat Box, Cakesicles or Tarts?

There are 3 ways to order! You can email us at sweetsparlor@gmail.com, send us a DM on Facebook or Instagram or you can place an order here on our website. We will need all the details regarding your event.  (Date, theme, color, flavors and any ideas or pictures for reference)

How long will it take for you to get back to me?

We will review your submission and get back to you within 48 hours. For faster service, you can give us a call at 321-347-2378 Mon-Thu 6pm-10pm and Fri-Sun 9am-10pm.

Shipping

Do you ship?

Yes, we do offer shipping nationwide for our cakesicles, tarts, chocolate covered oreos and pretzels.  We do not ship chocolate covered strawberries or cupcakes for many reasons but mostly because we couldn't GUARANTEE it would make it in one piece.

Do you deliver?

Yes, we deliver within 25 miles of our location.  We service some of Orange and Seminole counties.  Please contact us with details and we can send you a quote.

Deposits, Bookings and Cancellations

Is a Deposit required to place an order?

Yes we require a 50% non refundable deposit to book your order.  If your balance is not paid IN FULL two days prior to your event, you forfeit your deposit, and risk not being accommodated.

Why is it non-refundable?

Because we BOOK UP often and there would be NO WAY for us to go back to all of the customers we said NO to, to backfill your order. Your deposit ensures availability FOR YOU and we manage our entire production schedule based on YOUR ORDER when you book it.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all credit cards, Zelle, ATH Movil and cash.  For your protection, we do not process credit card orders over the phone. However, for your convenience we have made it simple to order online and we can email you an invoice for you to pay online.
