RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We take pride in creating fresh and tasteful desserts. In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your Sweets Parlor dessert, please let us know about the problem within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt.
We are currently unable to accept returns, refunds or exchanges for perishable items, unless an error has been made with your order.
If you are entirely unsatisfied, we are here to help.
SHIPPING INFO
We utilize USPS flat rate shipping which gets your packages there in 2-4 days from date shipped. Tarts are packaged individually in clear cellophane bags and placed inside of a clear top box.
We recommend shipping your items utilizing the same 2-4 days in advance of your event to encourage on time arrival. We cannot guarantee delivery dates after we have dropped the package to USPS.
Tarts do not require freezing. Storing in the fridge is also not required but can help add to the shelf life of the tarts.
In the unfortunate event that your tarts arrive damaged, please file a claim with USPS. We cannot guarantee delivery condition after we have dropped the package to USPS.
